We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. You may visit the distributor’s service center to have it serviced.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be exchanged. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Applies to certain products, this is explicitly indicated on the product details page. We guarantee that our products are delivered within 45 business days. This does not include order processing time that usually varies from 1 to 3 days. If you have purchased anything but didn’t receive it within the guaranteed delivery time, you can get a full refund.
The estimated delivery time for orders is 4-21 business days. As shipping time may vary depending on factors beyond our control, we’ve established a guaranteed period for delivery of 45 days.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of GoGrabs (i.e. unable to clear customs, natural disasters).
3. Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of GoGrabs.
