Buying

Q: Do I need to sign up an account to start buying?

A: Optional, but we recommend doing so before buying. It’s free to register. You get to track your purchases as well. Get alerted with new discounts or deals too. Create an Account Now.

 

 

Q: Safe to put my credit card number?

A: Probably. We don’t store any of your card information. Everything is handled by the payment processor PayPal. We are also working on getting other payment processors on-board as well.

 

Q: What’s your privacy policy?

Shipping

Q: How long do I have to wait for my merchandise to arrive?

A: For local addresses, typically 15-20 business days. Let us know if your items are delayed. For overseas orders, it depends on the shipping company. Please refer to the information on the product details page itself.

 

Q: Any free delivery?

A: Yes only for products which are marked as. We do offer free world wide shipping as well. Again please refer to the individual product details page.

 

Warranty

Q: What warranty do I get for my merchandise?

A: Warranty is covered by the manufacturer or local distributor for items. Warranty is stated on the product page if available.

 

Exchange and Refunds

Q: Do you offer refunds?
